Windows 7 slow network performance

Symptoms: Windows 7 (and Windows Server 2008/2012) network operations are toooo slow.

Solution:
You have to open command line with elevated privileges (Easy way is to create link for cmd.exe and open it as administrator)
Enter first command: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled Second command: netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled chimney=disabled

Did you forget that it is Windows? Reboot!
